The key areas of delivery are Alternative Provision Education and targeted, bespoke training in Safeguarding, Wellbeing, and Positive Behaviour Support. We are also committed to the education of young people with SEN, particularly those in care.
Our services are delivered across several areas:

SWP Training has a vision
to provide a nurturing and relational alternative provision for young people aged 11–16 with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Through trust, meaningful relationships and personalised support, we aim to develop confidence, resilience and independence. We are committed to supporting personal development and preparing young people for adulthood through a broad, flexible and engaging curriculum, enabling them to achieve a wide range of recognised qualifications and positive destinations.
Alongside our core provision, we offer both 1:1 and group learning opportunities for children and young people educated other than at school, including home-educated learners, children in care and those with additional needs. Our inclusive approach ensures that every young person receives support tailored to their individual strengths and aspirations.
We also seek to strengthen the wider community by providing training in Safeguarding Children, Positive Behaviour Support and wellbeing through mental health programmes. Where possible, we offer this training free of charge to selected charities and Community Interest Companies (CICs), helping organisations develop the knowledge and skills needed to support vulnerable children, young people and families effectively.
