Wendy is a highly experienced and qualified Head Teacher (CertEd QTLS).
Wendy was Deputy Head at Pollyteach during her 10 Years there as well as Exam Officer and the most importantly provides the Emotional Intelligence and relational practice to support Student and Staff alike with dignity and respect. Wendy is the person who listens and understands Empathy where others can only hope to.

Jada is a AWESOME and also happens to be the Head of Centre at the HIVE were she ensures that the core subjects remain at the centre of delivery for our students especially the year 11's preparing for their exams . Jada is an English Language and English Literature Teacher and also supports Rhia with Exam Centre processes.

Rhia is our highly experienced and knowledgable Exam Officer and Vocational Lead. Rhia is the Head of Centre for our Loft site which specialises in various Core and Vocational Subjects. Rhia is currently researching and developing our Vocational Offer with a view to build and make relevent our offer catering for the needs, interests and ambitions of our varied Students.
